In October 2025, our company opened a new base, “Work Support Nagoya Base,” with the aim of providing a comfortable work environment and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
As of February 2026, the base employs four members with disabilities, supported by two staff members who assist them. Their roles range from office support such as sorting mail to cleaning, gardening, and PC data entry. Going forward, we will broaden the scope of each member’s responsibilities in line with their abilities and preferences, creating an environment that encourages diverse challenges.
Together with the Okinawa Working Center, we will continue to promote the employment of people with disabilities at both locations and remain committed to creating a workplace where diverse talent can thrive.
