Below are some examples of our group’s governance initiatives.
(Updated: January 14, 2025)
We provide information on our corporate governance initiatives on the “Corporate Governance” page.
We maintain and operate an internal reporting system to ensure that our employees and others can communicate information and sincere doubts about illegal or inappropriate conduct in our company and take appropriate action. Specifically, an internal whistle-blowing hotline has been set up both inside and outside the company to respond to any kind of consultation.
This is available for our employees as well as our designated group employees (full-time employees, contract employees, part-time employees and temporary employees).
[Outside] Whistle-blowing hotline (toll-free, external)
* This is an internal whistle-blowing hotline where employees can report and report violations of laws and regulations, internal rules, violations of morals, the working environment, harassment, etc.
Number of consultations in the fiscal year ended March 2024: 1
Number of consultations in the fiscal year ended March 2023: 1
[Internal] Consultation service for concerns
* The consultation service responds to employees everyday concerns, including concerns about family, work, personal relationships, and money.
In addition to thoroughly managing information related to internal reporting, we protect information providers in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal rules to ensure that they are not subject to adverse treatment by reason of providing information. In addition to protecting the counselor and prohibiting disadvantageous treatment, the company's internal regulations, the toll-free call regulations, prohibit retaliatory actions against the counselor on the grounds that the illegal person has been consulted about the facts such as misconduct.
