Governance

Below are some examples of our group’s governance initiatives.

(Updated: January 14, 2025)

1. Corporate Governance

We provide information on our corporate governance initiatives on the “Corporate Governance” page.

2. Whistle-blowing system

We maintain and operate an internal reporting system to ensure that our employees and others can communicate information and sincere doubts about illegal or inappropriate conduct in our company and take appropriate action. Specifically, an internal whistle-blowing hotline has been set up both inside and outside the company to respond to any kind of consultation.
This is available for our employees as well as our designated group employees (full-time employees, contract employees, part-time employees and temporary employees).

[Outside] Whistle-blowing hotline (toll-free, external)
* This is an internal whistle-blowing hotline where employees can report and report violations of laws and regulations, internal rules, violations of morals, the working environment, harassment, etc.

[Internal] Consultation service for concerns

Securing the independence of internal reporting from management, and protecting whistleblowers

In addition to thoroughly managing information related to internal reporting, we protect information providers in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal rules to ensure that they are not subject to adverse treatment by reason of providing information.
